We are excited to announce exclusive rates and booking opportunities for 2026 & 2027. Experience the beauty and elegance of Black Willow, this is your chance to create memorable events at a premier venue for your special days.
2026 Rates
2026 Day Rate
Saturday: $5,000.00
Friday & Sunday: $4,500.00
Includes the entire venue excluding the house. The house is an additional $575.00 per day, with the option to include it for the night prior and day of the event, for an additional $200.00.
Includes tables, chairs, fully stocked restrooms and grounds.
Additional $500 for on-site ceremony includes 100 white padded chairs.
2026 Full Weekend Rate
Friday – Sunday: $8,500.00
Exclusive use of the Venue and property from Friday 4pm, to 12 Noon on Sunday. Includes use of the onsite Airbnb for two nights.
Note: check out from the Airbnb is 10 am on Sunday.
Special Events
Day Rates for Parties, Showers, Elopements & Private Events
Full use of the Barn, Rear Deck, and Area in the rear of the barn.
Additional hours and options may be available upon request.
