2025 Rates
2025 Day Rate
Saturday: $4,500.00
Friday & Sunday: $4,000
Includes the entire venue excluding the house. The house is an additional $475.00 per day, with the option to include it for the night prior and day of the event, for an additional $200.00.
Includes tables, chairs, fully stocked restrooms and grounds.
2025 Full Weekend Rate
Friday – Sunday: $7,500.00
Exclusive use of the Venue and property from Friday 4pm, to 12 Noon on Sunday. Includes use of the onsite Airbnb for two nights.
Note: check out from the Airbnb is 10 am on Sunday.
2025 Graduations Parties
Day Rate for Graduation Parties: $950.00
6 hours of full use of the Barn, Rear Deck, and Area in the rear of the barn. Note: Use of in ground pool is an option depending on day and time of the event.
Additional hours and options may be available upon request.
2026 Rates
2026 Day Rates
